Terms and Conditions | Approved: 21 August 2026
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all call-to-action (CTA) messages used by ZenSPG are clear,
professional, truthful, and consistent across all recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, email
communications, company websites, and other marketing platforms. This policy also ensures full compliance
with carrier SMS regulations, TCPA guidelines, and applicable advertising and privacy laws.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, recruiters, contractors, and representatives who create or publish
recruitment-related content on behalf of ZenSPG, including any content that solicits SMS opt-in from candidates.
SMS Opt-In: How Consent Is Obtained
ZenSPG collects SMS opt-in consent from candidates through the Indeed job application. During the application
process, candidates are presented with the following question:
"Do you agree with getting contacted through call or SMS?"
By selecting Yes to this question, the candidate provides their express written consent to receive SMS/text
messages from ZenSPG. Consent is voluntary and not a condition of employment or placement.
How Candidates Are Notified of the Opt-In Option
Candidates are notified of the SMS opt-in opportunity at the time of applying through Indeed. The opt-in question
appears as a clearly labelled field within the Indeed application form. Immediately adjacent to the question,
candidates are shown the full SMS disclosure (detailed below), which includes the types of messages they will
receive, how to opt out, message frequency, applicable rates, and a direct link to the ZenSPG Privacy Policy at https://zenspg.com/privacy-policy Candidates must actively select Yes to provide consent — pre-checked
boxes or implied consent are never used. No SMS messages are sent to any candidate who has not explicitly
opted in through this method.
Required Disclosures at Point of Opt-In
At the point of SMS opt-in (on the Indeed application or any equivalent form), the following disclosures must be
clearly visible to the candidate before they give consent:
SMS Disclosure (must appear adjacent to the opt-in question):
By selecting Yes, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Zen Smart Personnel Group regarding job
opportunities, interview scheduling, and recruitment updates. Message frequency may vary. Message & data
rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Your mobile number and SMS
consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Privacy Policy: https://zenspg.com/privacy-policy
Note: The above disclosure block and the Privacy Policy link must always appear directly adjacent to the opt-in
question. Candidates must be able to access the Privacy Policy before providing consent.

Privacy Disclosure Requirements for Keyword & Public-Platform CTAs
Certain CTAs — particularly those used on public platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed posts, or social media
(e.g. Comment "Interested" Below, Send Us a Direct Message) — may initiate contact that leads to SMS opt-in.
Any such CTA post or communication must include the following:
1. A clear statement identifying ZenSPG as the sender (e.g. "Zen Smart Personnel Group is hiring...").
2. Instructions directing the candidate to a private channel (DM, email, or application link) rather than
requesting personal information in a public comment.
3. A visible link to the Privacy Policy: https://zenspg.com/privacy-policy — this must appear in the
post body or in the first response message sent to a candidate who engages.
4. When SMS opt-in is subsequently requested (e.g. via direct message or application form), the full SMS
disclosure must be presented before consent is collected, including: message types, STOP/HELP
instructions, message frequency, data rates notice, non-sharing statement, and the Privacy Policy URL.
5. The Privacy Policy URL and CTA Policy URL must be included in any templated outreach message used
after a candidate responds to a keyword CTA: https://zenspg.com/call-to-action-policy
CTA Requirements
All CTAs must:
1. Be accurate and not misleading.
2. Clearly identify ZenSPG as a recruitment firm when appropriate.
3. Direct candidates to appropriate communication channels such as email, phone, direct message, or
application portals.
4. Encourage candidates to provide information through secure and private channels.
5. Comply with applicable employment, advertising, privacy, and carrier SMS laws and regulations.
6. Any CTA that solicits SMS opt-in must include — or link directly to — the required SMS
disclosures and Privacy Policy as specified in the "SMS Opt-In" section above.
7. Never request sensitive personal information (SSN, financial data, etc.) through public-facing CTAs.
Prohibited CTA Language
The following statements must not be used unless specifically approved and supported by verified facts:
• Guaranteed Job Placement
• Guaranteed Visa Sponsorship
• Guaranteed Green Card
• Guaranteed Employment
• Immediate Hiring for All Applicants
• "Limited Spots Available" (unless factually verified)
• "Apply Today or Lose Your Chance"
• "Highest-Paying Nursing Jobs in the USA" (unless substantiated with data)
Additionally, the following are prohibited in all SMS-related CTAs and opt-in content:
• Any CTA soliciting SMS opt-in without the required carrier-compliant disclosure language.
• Any statement implying that SMS opt-in data will be shared with third parties for marketing.
• Any CTA that obscures or omits the Privacy Policy link at the point of SMS consent.
Candidate Privacy
When using CTAs on public platforms such as LinkedIn or Indeed, recruiters must instruct candidates not to post
sensitive personal information in public comments. Candidates should be directed to communicate through
private channels such as email, direct message, phone, or approved application systems.
For SMS communications specifically, candidate mobile numbers and opt-in consent must be stored securely
and must never be used for any purpose other than the recruitment communications described at the time of
opt-in.
Review and Compliance
All recruitment advertisements, social media posts, SMS campaigns, and candidate outreach materials must
follow this policy. Management reserves the right to review and remove any content that does not comply with
these standards, including content that fails to include required SMS disclosures or Privacy Policy links.
Non-compliance with the SMS opt-in disclosure requirements may result in carrier de-registration, legal liability,
or loss of messaging capabilities. All staff involved in candidate outreach must be familiar with and adhere to this
policy.
Policy Owner
This policy is approved and attested on 21st August 2026, and is maintained by ZenSPG management. It may
be updated periodically to reflect business needs, regulatory requirements, and carrier SMS policy changes.
