We help hospitals and other healthcare facility clients find qualified nursing professionals to meet their staffing

needs. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit our

website, apply or register as a candidate, communicate with us, or interact with our services, including SMS/text

messaging communications.

nurse/candidate, a healthcare facility client, or a website visitor:

• Client Information: facility name, point-of-contact details, and staffing requirements shared with us by

chat, phone, or SMS/text message.

• SMS/Text Consent Data: your opt-in consent status for SMS communications, including the date, time,

and method by which consent was collected (e.g., Indeed application form). This data and your mobile

phone number are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

• Marketing Preferences: your consent status and preferences for receiving email, SMS, or other marketing

communications.

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and website usage data collected

automatically via cookies and similar technologies.

How We Obtain Your Consent

When you apply for a position through Indeed and select "Yes" to the question "Do you agree with getting

contacted through call or SMS?", you are providing your express written consent to receive SMS/text messages

from Zenspg. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to job opportunities, interview scheduling,

placement updates, and other recruitment-related communications.

What We Send

Once you have opted in, we may send you SMS messages including but not limited to: job opportunity alerts,

interview reminders and confirmations, onboarding instructions, and general recruitment updates.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency may vary depending on the status of your application and recruitment process. Message

and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You

may also contact us at contact@zenspg.com to be removed from SMS communications.

Non-Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data — Important Notice

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will NOT be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to

any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This is an absolute restriction

and applies regardless of any other data-sharing described in this Policy.

The only exception is our SMS platform and technology providers who deliver messages on our behalf. These

providers are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection obligations and are prohibited from using your

information for any purpose other than delivering messages for Zenspg.

IMPORTANT — SMS DATA: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected by ZenSPG

are NEVER shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or

promotional purposes. This restriction is absolute and is not affected by any other sharing

described in this section.

For all other personal information: we do not sell your personal information. Zenspg treats client (healthcare

facility) and candidate (nurse) information as confidential. We do not disclose your details, online or offline,

except as described below or as you/your facility specifically authorize:

• Client-Authorized Sharing: candidate information is shared with the specific healthcare facility client for

whom we are sourcing a placement, only as needed for that placement and only with the client's involvement

and authorization.

• Service Providers: third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting,

customer relationship management, email/SMS delivery, payroll/credentialing verification, and analytics.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only to provide services to

us.

• Legal Compliance: where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or

governmental request.

• Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where your information

may be transferred as part of that transaction.

• With Your Consent: when you or your facility direct us to share information with a specific third party.

SMS Opt-In Data — Absolute Non-Sharing Rule: Notwithstanding any sharing described above, SMS

opt-in consent and mobile phone numbers are NEVER shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing

purposes under any circumstances. The only permitted use of SMS delivery infrastructure is by our

technology providers who send messages solely on our behalf and are bound by strict confidentiality

obligations.
