What We Send
Once you have opted in, we may send you SMS messages including but not limited to: job opportunity alerts,

Message frequency may vary depending on the status of your application and recruitment process. Message
and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

For all other personal information: we do not sell your personal information. Zenspg treats client (healthcare
facility) and candidate (nurse) information as confidential. We do not disclose your details, online or offline,
except as described below or as you/your facility specifically authorize:
• Client-Authorized Sharing: candidate information is shared with the specific healthcare facility client for
whom we are sourcing a placement, only as needed for that placement and only with the client's involvement
and authorization.
• Service Providers: third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting,
customer relationship management, email/SMS delivery, payroll/credentialing verification, and analytics.
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only to provide services to
us.
• Legal Compliance: where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or
governmental request.
• Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where your information
may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With Your Consent: when you or your facility direct us to share information with a specific third party.
